Do you accept custom orders? 

I do not accept custom orders, but please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding wholesale orders or bridal earrings.

Are your earrings heavy?

My earrings are made out of polymer clay, which is a very lightweight type of clay- ideal for jewelry. Most of my earrings do not weigh more than 5-10 grams (a quarter weighs about 5 grams). Some earrings are heavier than that, though not as heavy as regular metal earrings. The heavier pairs have notes in the product descriptions, so please be sure to read carefully if you have sensitive ears.

Do you ship worldwide?

I do offer worldwide shipping, but please visit usps.com before placing your order to make sure there are no shipping restrictions in your country.

How do I care for my earrings?

You can spot clean your earrings using baby wipes or a damp cloth to remove any oil or makeup stains. For smaller, more hard to reach stains you can use a q-tip and a small amount of 100% acetone. Please use caution to not get any of the metal hardware wet when cleaning. Keep out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time, as the sun can warp your earrings. Do not expose your earrings to water— remember to remove them before showering or swimming. When your earrings are not being worn, you should store them in a flat, sealed box or hang them on a wall display.

I have stretched ears/my ears aren't pierced-- Can I still wear your earrings?

I offer huggie/lever back hoops for those with stretched ears. Lever back hoops clasp in the back, so they can be worn over tunnels or your stretched lobes without having to worry about them falling out. I offer clip on attachments for those with non pierced ears. Please leave a note at checkout or send me an email after purchase if you need the hardware swapped out for either of these options. 

A style I wanted is sold out, will there be a restock?

I don't ever promise to restock anything, but I do try my best to bring back popular styles. The best thing to do in this situation is to keep your eye on my page for information about what will be included in the next sale. I greatly appreciate any feedback you have regarding styles you'd like to see restocked, so feel free to let me know what your faves are! You may do so by email, or by using the Contact page on my site.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours after it is placed. Please send me an email with your name and order number so that I can get your refund processed.
